Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and shipping address. Please verify the information carefully. If you notice any errors, contact us immediately to correct them. If you don't receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Processing & Shipping Time

We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods (holidays, major sales), processing may take slightly longer.

Once shipped, estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer Standard Shipping via USPS, UPS, DHL, YunExpress, Yanwen, SF Express, and other local EMS providers.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to be updated. You can track your package on the official carrier's website or through your local postal service once it arrives in your country.

If you experience difficulties tracking your package, please contact our support team at kevin@oldshark.com. Note that tracking information is only available for 60 days, so please reach out to us within this period for assistance. You can also track your on this page.

Delivery Issues & Damages

We take great care in packaging to prevent damage. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the damaged item. If possible, notify the delivery carrier upon receipt.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us.

Address Changes & Incorrect Shipping Details

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses that are returned to us will require reshipment at the customer's expense.

Customs & Import Duties

Most orders are shipped from our warehouses in the China and generally do not incur additional customs duties. However, for certain destinations like the United Kingdom, European Union, and Brazil, import duties may apply. Customers are responsible for these charges. North America: Canada, Mexico, United States (excluding Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces regions).

South America: Brazil, Colombia.

Asia: Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Singapore, Israel (temporarily unavailable).

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand (excluding Chatham Islands).

Force Majeure Delays
